Privacy Policy
PDF me is designed to keep PDF work private by default. Most tools run in your browser, and we avoid accounts, trackers and unnecessary data collection.

Controller and developer
PDF me was developed by Ever Software House. For privacy questions, requests or notices related to this policy, contact Ever Software House at eversoftwarehouse@gmail.com.
Files and document content
For local-first tools such as merge, split, compress, rotate, organize, edit, sign, watermark and redact, your files are processed in your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to PDF me servers. Some conversion workflows may use encrypted temporary workers when browser-only processing is not practical. In those cases, files are used only to complete the requested task and are deleted after processing or within two hours.
Information we collect
PDF me does not require registration for free personal use. We may process technical information that your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps and error data, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot reliability issues.
Cookies and local storage
We use a language cookie named pdfme-locale so the app can reopen in your preferred language. We also store the theme preference in your browser localStorage under pdfme-theme. When Google Analytics or Google advertising services are enabled, Google may set or read cookies, identifiers or similar technologies to measure usage, personalize ads, limit ad frequency, prevent abuse and report ad performance.
Google Analytics and advertising
PDF me uses or may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate product usage, page performance, traffic sources and reliability issues. PDF me also uses or may use Google advertising services to display ads and measure their performance. Google may process information such as IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, approximate location, ad interactions and cookie or advertising identifiers according to Google's own policies.
How we use information
We use information to provide PDF tools, remember basic preferences, secure the service, diagnose errors, measure aggregate usage and reliability, show and measure ads, improve the product and respond to support or privacy requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate infrastructure, analytics, advertising, security, support or temporary processing workflows, and only as needed to provide the service. Google may receive and process analytics and advertising data as an independent provider under its own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect PDF me, users or the public.
Retention
Browser-stored preferences remain on your device until you clear them or change the setting. Temporary processing files, when used, are deleted after the task completes or within two hours. Operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging and service reliability.
Security
PDF me applies browser isolation, security headers and limited data collection to reduce privacy risk. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so avoid uploading documents that you are not allowed to process with an online tool.
Children
PDF me is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the language cookie, Google cookies and the theme preference in your browser settings. You can also use browser controls, ad settings and available Google opt-out tools to limit analytics or personalized advertising where supported. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to certain processing of personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the last updated date. Material changes should be presented clearly before they take effect when required.
